With over twenty years of experience in aviation, Mark Hullegie founded Droneconsultancy in 2017. He helped many entrepreneurs and public and semi-public organisations obtain the coveted ROC certificate, now known as the Operational Authorisation (OA).
We are proud of our clients across a wide range of sectors: OA 001, 002, 006, 024, 026, 030, 041, 042, 044, 055, 056, 058, 059, 082, 095, 108, 124, 125, 139, 145, 146, 152, 153, 154, 157, 160, 163, 164, 165, 172, 173, 205, 206, 209, 215, 222, 228, 235, 240, 244, 256, 257 and many others we have supported.
In addition to this guidance, we provide quarterly training sessions for operator organizations that can be recorded as recurrent training. For drone builders, we provide advice in the area of CE and C labels. We also advise various government bodies such as the National Police, Rijkswaterstaat, the Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate (ILT) and the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA).
Since 2020, Junko Hirata has been part of the team. Loc joined soon afterwards to develop and expand the database and platform for operators, Dronestart . A number of freelance specialists also work with us. From 2026, Niels Bekman and Martijn Schouten also join the team.
